We stayed in this place over the Easter bank holiday. Originally, we had planned to stay for only two nights, but as we had such a good time in Bournemouth and this place turned out to be such a gem, we extended our stay by another night (and were lucky to get a room as there had been a cancellation)
We will happily recommend this place to anyone. The welcome was warm and friendly, the rooms are lovely and tastefully decorated (with the most comfy beds you can possibly wish for) and the breakfast is to die for. You have several breakfast options, and I went for a cooked breakfast on two occasions.
I tend to be very fussy when it comes to sausages (a weak point in most fry-ups as a lot of guest houses go for the cheapo ones) but the ones they served us were delicious and great quality.
Another bonus point is the location – it is only a couple of minutes to the beach and the town centre, yet it is quiet and peaceful. An abundance of restaurants can be found within walking distance.
This is pretty much the best hotel we’ve stayed in for years. In fact, should we go to Bournemouth again, I would probably plan the trip around the availability of a room in this place.More
