“Very welcoming and cosy place to stay”
Reviewed 23 July 2014

I stayed here with my boyfriend towards the end of June. We arrived later that check-in and were given a warm welcome from Debbie.

Our room was on the top floor, it was very homely; it didn't feel like you were staying in a hotel so much as someone's home. The only issue we had was that the room became very hot at night even with both windows open, and did keep us awake somewhat, so I would recommend asking for a lower floor.

Breakfast was cooked fresh and was plentiful and tasty.

All in all we felt Debbie was an excellent host and I would recommend this hotel, and would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a lower floor as ours was on the top floor and got a bit stuffy

Thank you Hayley, sorry it was a bit warm when you stayed we were struggling in every room with the heat, but we don't get many hot summers . I am glad it didn't spoil your stay. And the sunshine was fabulous for the beach

Found this excellent B&B last year (2013) and returned again in May 2014. Have family living in Bournemouth now so will be staying again and again. Accommodation is spotless. Hosts Debbie and Peter are very "hands-on". Breakfast sets you up for day. Room 7 at the back is very quiet. Boscombe Pier and sea front, where there are some nice eating places, is only a 10 minute walk away. Bournemouth itself is only 5 minutes in the car. This is a lovely part of England and there is plenty to see and do.

Room Tip: Room 7 at the back is very nice and quiet.

Ive been coming here for many years and as always, a warm welcome greets me everytime im vistiting the Rosscourt. Both Debs & Peter have a smile on there faces and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms I've stayed in have been very clean and confortable and is of a high standard.
A goods night sleep is always on the cards.
In the morning, there is plenty to choose from from the breakfast menu, from a bowl of cerial & perhaps some fresh fruit and yoghurt to a hearty cooked breakfast that will set you up for the day.
I guaranty you'll not be dissapointed when you stay here.

Room Tip: I found staying all over the rosscourt ive found the rooms to be quiet.

Stayed for a few days again! Just the kind of relaxing stay you want. Ideal location for everything

We will of course be staying there again in the near future.....

So clean and spotless and a lovely breakfast just what you need to start your day before you go out and explore the lovely area. Some lovely places to visit in Dorset and some lovely beaches which was a delight to Toby.

Room Tip: Very handy for local shops and good connections to Bourmouth and beyond Lovely hotel and Debbie is...

Decided on a weekend break at the beginning of July and the Rosscourt caught my eye due to the good reviews on Trip Advisor..... was not disappointed, excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Well positioned to walk to Boscombe beach, and on the local bus route into Bournemouth, which means you can leave the car.
The breakfast was very good, served in a nice dining room area. There is also a comfortable television lounge where you can relax.
Debbie was a welcoming hostess who made you feel at home, and was knowledgeable about the area, and places to eat out etc.
I would recommend, and would not hesitate to stay again.... well worth the ratings of 9/10

An enjoyable Stay
My partner & I stayed 2 nights here in May. Reviews for some hotels in Bournemouth were not good so we chose The Roscourt because of the good reviews on TA & we were not disappointed.
Debbie gave us a very warm welcome & was very helpful & informative about the area. The immediate area is a little downmarket but our room was spotlessly clean & comfortable & the breakfast was more than adequate with a huge selection & beautifully cooked poached eggs.
A huge thanks to Debbie for her warm hospitality & a lovely clean & comfortable B&B.

Debbie keeps the place so clean that it is always a pleasure to enter into the B&B and the breakfast so yummy and tasty. Debbie's friendliness is always so welcoming and she is full of local knowledge which is such a help. We have been going to Rosscourt for the past 15 years and have no desire to go elsewhere!
