A short weekend break 2 nights weather very unsettled but made at home by very pleasant hotel. Bedrooms warm basic but very cosy. Rooms spotless and made very welcome. Breakfast of a very high quality, would re turn again in summer to appreciate the fantastic garden.

My Mum and her fiancé recently had their wedding reception at this hotel and I must say it was fabulous. I had a feeling it would be good after meeting Matthew and Tom, but didn't realise how good! From start to finish everything was excellent, the service and attention were perfect which they gave to them and their guests everything was first class.
Everyone who attended are still talking about how quickly and efficiently the wedding meal was served and how delicious the food was, additionally how friendly and professional they all were.
The whole day ran so smoothly and made their wedding so wonderful.
We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

This is our second stay in the Yenton, and even better than first time.......
We were welcomed by Matt and Thom on arrival and then shown the most amazing hotel room I think I have ever stayed in.
Pay a bit extra for a larger room (103) big room and enormous bathroom, very luxurious.
Popped down to the bar for a nice Gin & Tonic, sat in the lovely garden area, well looked after and fully understand why so people have their wedding there.
Finally book the breakfast, great fry up and very good sausages.
See you soon boys and keep up the good work.

Room Tip: Pay a bit extra for a larger room (103) big room and enormous bathroom, very luxurious

This was our second stay at this lovely, quiet, friendly, helpful hotel. This time we had the Super deluxe king size room (or some similar name), and it was all off them! The bed was really comfy as was the chair, 2 club chairs would have been better, rather than one, but one is standard in hotel rooms.
The bathroom was truly enormous and entered through doors in what appeared to be a wall length wardrobe.
The room was quiet, but views not so good - a flat roof and bit of garden. This wasn't a problem to us as we were out all day and it was getting dark by the time we were back in the room.
Next time we are in Bournemouth we'll definitely stay at the Yenton again.

Five of us took advantage of Matt and Thom's absolutely delicious Afternoon Tea. Granted, the weather helped as we were blessed with a beautiful September afternoon so were able to enjoy it in their gorgeous English "Country" garden but the tea truly outshone the weather!!. A plentiful supply of mixed sandwiches (on proper bread) was accompanied by a cheeky glass of Prosecco and followed by homemade scones with jam and clotted cream and the lightest Victoria sponge(together with Lemon Drizzle and chocolate cake and assorted cupcakes) cake EVER! Finished off with lashings of our choice of tea!!!
