My sister and I stayed for one night at the Heritage Hotel to see a show at The B.I.C and always use this hotel as the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We normally book in as bed and breakfast and we always look forward to this, as the breakfast is well presented and serves is excellent with a great choice of food for a lovely breakfast. The hotel is so handy were it is just across the road from The B. I. C and with the beach and the lovely park which you can get to the shops are just on the door step which makes a great and fabulous place to stay. I would highly recommend The Heritage Hotel.

Room tip: Excellent twin sea view room on the top floor

Walked in without a booking and was welcomed by very friendly staff. It was just my daughter and I. The service was excellent and the meal was delicious - beautifully cooked and lovely flavour. We both had the carrot soup for satarter which was great, followed by roast beef / sea bass, both of which were superb. There was a nice atmosphere, not overly bust but for a Sunday in January still great. I would certainly recommend

We booked a 3 night stay half board for a restful time. We were not wrong in choosing this hotel. Car parking was available, the check in staff were great and showed us to our room which we had chosen as a superior de-luxe. The room was large with a 6ft very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and seating area by the bay window overlooking the park & pier. The walk in shower was great with decent size towels. The restaurant was very good with good choice table d'hote and extensive wine list. Breakfast very well cooked.
The staff were a delight and mention must go to Manuel who excelled in looking after us as dinner, Carlos and Jerome at the bar and Annabelle in the restaurant for breakfast.
All in all a great experience and we shall return. Thank you

Room tip: the superior rooms are accessed via the restaurant but there was no problem and I believe this is altering.

We stayed at the Hermitage for two nights on a weekend as we were attending a show at the BIC.
For location, this tops the lot as it is close as you can possibly get to the beach and the BIC.
The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent. Our room was a sea view double, (Room 210) good sized with big windows and a seating area for taking in the view. Amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the Galaxy hot chocolate provided. We visited the restaurant in the evening, and enjoyed fine dining with top notch food and drink.
I could not fault anything on our stay, If I were to be picky I'd say that the square shaped toilet seat was a bit uncomfortable and the double bed was a bit small (plenty of room to fit a king)
We tried to reserve another stay here this coming March, but no rooms were available because of some event in the area. :-(
Highly recommend this Hotel for anyone considering it.

Have just stayed one night at this Hotel. On arrival parking was easy. Check is was very quick and all staff were extremely helpful and polite. We were on the 3rd floor in a sea view room, the view was lovely. However the room was quite small and the bed was very small, only being a double, I had thought that a 4* hotel would have king sized beds. There were no sockets next to the bed or next to where the kettle was placed so had to move the kettle to use it. The room was very hot even with the radiator off and the window open all night, so didn't sleep very well. On going to the restaurant for an evening meal we were very disappointed that the menus were nothing like the ones on the website. The head waiter was very helpful and did sort out the food we wanted, but when selecting the food and drink option on the website the first picture that comes up is a dessert that they have not served for over 18 months! A 4* hotel with. 2* website. This really needs rectifying.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a king size bed
