Dated hotel that needs upgrading, stayed in a single room at the top of the hotel - room really hot.
Some staff great others really did little to make your stay comfortable (especially reception staff)

Boscombe has a bit of a fearful reputation however this hotel is on the edge of the town and approx 2 miles outside of Bournemouth, a nice stroll along the seafront and you're there. It has leisure facilities, which alas I did not use. The breakfast is standard fayre - buffet style but you do get stunning views. I was in a single room which was of a decent size. Would I return, well yes, I already have!

Stayed in a family garden room over the Bank Holiday. The room was very large and the bunk beds tucked in a 'cupboard' were great for our son. However the room decor, especially the carpets was tired and unkempt although it was clean on the surface. The outdoor pool was amazing as was breakfast. The cleaning staff who prepared the cot for our daughter and then cleaned up her sick were so polite and helpful but the receptionist on check out and the gentleman in the Spa were abrupt and almost rude. A mixed review and although there were some positives the negatives would stop me staying there again.

Stayed there last night via Groupon Deal; paid an extra £20 to upgrade to a garden room. The hotel was great. The room was large with a balcony. Excellent leisure facilities including a heated outdoor 20m pool. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Stayed here recently with my daughter and my two grand daughters. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for us all. The girls loved the soft play area and the pool and were very reluctant to leave. Parking was ok but would imagine it could be tricky at the height of the season. The food was very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. All in all a good place to stay.

A lovely old hotel in beautiful grounds with sea views, excellent gardens, lovely outdoor pool and great position for the beach. Staff were all polite and helpful and the breakfast was one of the nicest we have had in an hotel. Not forgetting the wonderful views from the restaurant. We had a standard room which was very large with very comfortable single beds pushed together. Bathroom quite skinny but bath and shower with plenty of hot water. We paid full price which I have to say was overpriced in our view as some damp on the bedroom walls and a broken handle on bathroom door but minor complaints on our overall stay. Look out for special offers for this hotel and would recommend without a doubt . Do not feel it warrants full price .

We stayed here for just one nigh last July and didn't want to come home. We took my daughter who was 1 and had a blast! The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. As the hotel is split between a few buildings, parking is plentiful and we were able to park up early morning although check in is not until 3pm. The gym and pool facilities are wonderful and the gardens are really pretty. My daughter loved the indoor play-zone too. The breakfast was excellent, really good choice of food. We have booked to stay again this July and can't wait!
