We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times when recently visiting Bournemouth and have also stayed in many different hotels around Alum Chine over the many past years. We have a great deal of experience therefor of what hotels in the area have to offer at reasonable prices.
This hotel is not a 4 or 5 star standard so I am not comparing it to that but what it does offer is value for money. The hotel has good facilities with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and solarium. Good food and entertainment on most nights and friendly and helpfull staff. Ample parking and centrally located.
We will return again!

Room Tip: Most rooms are fine.

Great Staff and Owner, very accomodating to the needs of all the families staying there. The rooms were not amazing but had tea making facilities and functional bath or shower rooms. I slepts well as did my son. the pool was a bonus and was warm enough for the kids to play in there for 3 hours without their lips turning blue. All in all an enjoyable experiance.

Room Tip: Second Floor seems the place to be.

We've just returned from another holiday at this wonderful hotel, meeting fellow guests who, like us, return year after year.

If you like superb food, spotless accommodation, excellent leisure facilities and entertainment and staff who are friendly and welcoming, then this is the place for you.

This is by far the finest hotel we've ever visited, and feel sure that you would really appreciate its hospitality.

If you need a base in Bournemouth and a team of friendly staff to make your stay more welcome then you must stay here. It is clean, has a pool for quick dips and very relaxed atmosphere. Corridor and external security. If you're looking for a base for a weekend by the sea stay here.

My 8yr old daughter and I have just enjoyed our first visit to this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent each morning with plenty of choice. Our twin room had a huge shower with comfortable beds and was a decent size. It was also very very clean. The bonus in this hotel was the fantastic pool. Very clean and warm we had great fun swimming and then going in the jaqcuzzi. It was only a short stroll into the centre of town and so was perfectly placed. The bar area was a good size and had a singer on one night. Gordon the bar man was very friendly to my daughter. I should also mention the receptionist (sorry didn't get her name) was really friendly and kind to us during our stay. We loved this hotel so much my husband has booked for June.

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay at the Durley Grange. It is at least the 4th time that our party have stayed and we've already booked again for next year.
All of the staff, in particular Emma are so obliging, welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for us.
We always stay on a bed, breakfast and evening meal basis. The food is always hot, tasty, excellent value and served with a smile.
Thank You to the Durley Grange for always making our stays so pleasant. Seldom when you're away on business do you get the friendly, personal touch that you get at the Durley Grange. Long may it continue!
