after visiting toby carvery at norhtbourne for breakfast,i must say the behahour or one of the kitchen staff was far from satisfactory. over the last 2 yrs i have spent fundreds of pounds on carvery and more reecently breakfasts in your establishment but now sadly would not come again at the buffet severy the food on offer was far below standard everything was dry and had been there for a considerable amount of time. one of te kitcnen staff came out so i asked if it was possible to hava a soft egg . he told they were the eggs and just walked away the eggs that were there wewre like plastic i find it stupid that for the sake of a fresh egg you risk losing a few hundred pounds in revenue you have a bad egg with one of your staff who over time must be losing you money i would suggest management keep a closer eye and do their job
