This was our first and only visit to a Poppins -- but not because the food or service was poor but because we were on holiday from the states. The menu was the standard fare. We had a bacon Panini and a mushroom sandwich. Both were fine but unremarkable. The rating is relative to what you'd expect at a similar lunch shop. Outdoor seating probably distinguishes this restaurant from others in the chain.
