Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on our Tripadvisor page. We really appreciate customers taking the time to comment on their stay. I am glad that the hotel was to your liking and that you would return again. Apologies that you had problems parking, we do advertise online that we do have limited parking, hence the reason we do not charge for parking, unlike many other hotels in the Bournemouth area who can charge upwards of £12 per day.
We are a family friendly hotel however we do occasionally have group parties staying with us during busy weekends, we do however manage these groups well and ensure that no disruption is caused to other guests in the hotel.
although it was freezing outside, the room was very hot indeed with the radiaor pumping out heat out all night with no way of turning he heat down. This made for a very uncomfortable night as it was too hot to sleep. The breakfast is still good value for money and the staff very helpful. the price per night is cheap and you get what you pay for.
The hotel was very reasonably priced and we got what we paid for. The decor in the rooms was dated. We clearly didn't get one of the refurbished rooms! However, the rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was ok and we had a good night's sleep.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and politely. The breakfast cost £6.50 and it looked reasonable, though we chose to go into town to the nearby Wetherspoons for breakfast. The bar at the hotel stayed open for as long as we wanted and the prices there were good!
If you're looking for a luxurious hotel, this isn't it, but if you want somewhere near to town and close to the BIC which is clean, comfortable and won't break the bank, I'd recommend this hotel.
Recently stayed at The Kiwi. My family and I had a really great time. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. As I am veggie food is often a challenge, but I had no problems with The Kiwi food; it was imaginative and very tasty. The rooms were comfortable, well equiped and ours had a pleasant sea view. The Hotel is well suituated and travel connections are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I had a fantastic stay here recently and would highly recommend it. Very welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, perfect hospitality and really clean and comfortable room. The hotel is also right on the sea front with easy access to the town and beaches, so convenient! The staff were very helpful and happy to take the time to tell us about all the different things to see and do in the area. It really was a brilliant stay and I can't wait for my next visit!
Stayed for one night and was very impressed with the room and the service given the price. Room was not large but it was spotless and comfortable and the en-suite was very modern and well laid out. Staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Very impressed by the breakfast. Fantastically placed for the beach.
