We stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was great.
I was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews but it was fine.
There is a bit of limescale around the shower screen and a little stain on the carpet, but overall it's very clean.
Towels are changed daily & both nights we asked for a glass of milk for our toddler, which they gave us free of charge.
We went for breakfast around 8am and there were no queues.
It's quite a way to Bournemouth town so don't book if you want to walk to town or the beach.
There are lots of useful post codes in reception, including one for a car park in town, use this car park, we accidentally went into another which would have cost £12 for our short stay!!
The hotel is opposite the hospital and offices so it gets very busy at certain times of day & takes about 20 mind to drive to the main road, try and avoid busy times (lunch time & home time)More
