Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Urban Beach Hotel on a Sunday night. When arriving, the restaurant downstairs was fairly busy but we was quickly attended to and shown to our room. We stayed in room 8. We couldn't hear the noise downstairs what so ever!

The room was beautiful and meeted all our expectations. We were given a lovely bottle of White with a very large bowl of haribo which I ordered.

The breakfast was lovely. And the staff were very friendly.

We would defiantly stay again.

From the personal welcome on arrival to the genuine request for feedback by email when we'd love, our stay this weekend at the Urban Beach Hotel was an absolute delight to stay in.

We stayed in room 2 - a bit more expensive than some of the others, but spectacularly comfortable bed, beautifully appointed room with a fridge and a huge wardrobe (with a very welcome light inside it) and a fully stocked bathroom with full sized bath and a lovely powerful shower. Arran Aromatics bathroom essentials made it even more glorious.

Although the room was above the restaurant and the deck area, we weren't disturbed at all, and all the lovely little touches throughout the hotel (wellington boots to wear in the rain, DVDs to borrow and watch in your room) made it feel just like a home from home (albeit one with better furniture and fittings than our house!).

We genuinely felt sad to leave, and will be going back as soon as we can find an excuse - a wonderful place to stay!

Room Tip: Room 2 is fabulous, but make sure you close the curtains as it faces due east and otherwise you'...

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and three years-old toddler and we absolutely loved it!
The room is spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic (their beef burger is the best I have ever eaten). Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is incredibly friendly. Will be coming back next year and will recommend to friends and family.

Food was good and the beer selection was great! Enjoyed them both out on the deck! Wish this was my local...

Food was slightly delayed (not sure why) but apology was extended and discount given before we'd even raised the issue! Fantastic experience

My mother in law and frail father in law stayed at the Urban Beach last weekend for one night and could not stop talking about the service, room quality and breakfast. It was all first rate and they rated it amongst the best hotels they have ever stayed in! (they have travelled the world).
pillows were especially soft and beds comfy.

Just stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family and couldn't have booked a better hotel. The hotel rooms are excellent but what makes it is the staff and the vibe of the restaurant and bar. You don't want to go any where else. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely book again for our next trip. Would also recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: We had room 8 which was good, but all looked good.

This is what a boutique hotel should be like.

Positives-
Such friendly staff. So welcoming.
Great decor.
Restaurant had delicious food and the whole restaurant/bar area had a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Free Wi-fi
Free parking

Negatives-
In terms of location, its not in the nicest part of Bournmouth
Breakfast served from 8am so if you need to leave early, not ideal. Also Breakfast was nothing special... no better than at home.

Conclusion-
Would I stay again? Yes, because of the great service and atmosphere
