Description: Welcome to Casa Brasil in Bournemouth. The 'all you can eat' Brazilian style rodizio experience! Direct from the Southern Brazilian high plains comes a centuries-old way of cooking, where gauchos spit-roasted large portions of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry over the glowing coals of open fire pits, preserving the meats' natural juices and rich flavors. Soon, brick grills replaced pit fires, and the Churrascaria, became the gathering place for feasting and friendship. Enjoy the sumptuous taste of this rich dining tradition at Casa Brasil, where feast and festivity come together to delight all the senses. At Casa Brasil we are proud to bring you all the tradition behind the unique and original Brazilian way of serving meat. We want to share our passion for great food and great wine with you. Experience attentive service in the 'Rodizio' (continuous) style as your barbecue chefs will come around with massive Gaucho-style skewers, each with a tender selection of the cuts of the day. Various types and marinades of meat will be sliced directly onto your plate, and won't stop coming until your table turns over the card to display its red side. We look forward to sharing our passion for great food with you.

Never been to a restaurant like this before! Really good meat!

The Brazilian style buffet is great, some very tasty treats to be had. It's always good to try new things & you're spoilt for choice here!

The meats that are brought to your table are amazing, some you'd be surprised by (Roast Pork smothered in parmesan cheese!) others, less adventuress but delicious none the less! The Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon is fantastic too, it's delicious & refreshing palette cleanser!

Amazing place & food.

I went to Casa Brasil with my husband and toddler expecting to have a lovely time but found the experience very unpleasant. Firstly for the hour and a half we were there we were only offered three types of meats (sausage, gamon and chicken wings). Thats NOT a good rodizio at all!!! Not only they didnt offer other meats but they woukd take a life time to come to our table and the restaurant wasnt even busy! We had to ask THREE times for a jug of water wich eventually came not long before we left. But the worse thing was having the rude staff (the manager and a waitress) talking about me and my family in their language whilst we were at the bar paying for the bill. They obviously were not aware that I speak portuguese (im brazilian) and understood every single word that came out of their mouth. Disgusting behaviour. I felt so uncomfortable but didnt say anything because im the kind of person that doesnt like confrontation so we left. One thing is for sure: we will NEVER go back and we will make sure friends and family are also aware of this revolting place.

I took my niece here as i was excited about this place opening. I'd been to a rodizio in london and also tasted some of the finest brazillian cuisine when i visited florinopolis and rio. Unfortunately this place didn't live up to expectation. Firstly i had to hastle them to get us some drinks to go with our ropey buffet starter. On that start Olives were cheap, fejouda was called 'bean salad', no one wants bean salad, make a decent fejouda! It's lucky brasil is so far away otherwise more people would know this place is a farse. So once we hastled the watress for some drinks, she bought out 3 coronas and then blamed us because we didn't pronounce guarana correctly? I had my 11 year old niece with me, ofcourse she doesn't want a corona! Thats illegal! Anyway, stick food came out one by one and it was average, the turkey was over cooked and some of the meat tasted cheap. They also bought over meat when the card was red, so whats the point in the system? And then when the card was green and i wanted more it seemed like the guys were hiding from me? Also the gaurana didn't taste like the one in south america, not sure what brand there using? Maybe a really cheap one to go with the cheap meat so they can minimise there overheads. When i had a rodizio in london i remember the meat being fantastic and literally if you had the card green you were bombarded by different bbq delights, this is not the case at casa, you have to wave your green card in the air to get more! so just go in there with your eyes wide open. If they had competition they'd need to up there game! That is all.

If you're hungry, or even if you're not, but just want a change from the usual, then this place is possibly one of the best choices you are going to make, but only if you love meat that's well prepared, succulent, and barbecued to perfection!
Add to that the fact that it is an "Eat As Much As You Can"( or is it "Like"?! I always get confused!), and that it is very well priced, especially during the week, and that it offers a wonderful selection on the cold buffet, with its pickles and olives - fresh and beautifully presented - and you have the perfect place for an evening meal, or to enjoy a lively, upbeat lunch.
The atmosphere is positively electrifying, making this one of our favourite places.
You really need to try it, as no review could come close to describing the taste of the food here.
