Rallye Sunseeker brought us back to a warm welcome at the Claremont, having stayed there happily last year. We were not disappointed, in fact it had blossomed! Friendly, spotless, quality breakfasts, and very convenient for Rally base, town and all amenities. Our friends at a nearby large 'expensive' hotel had no hot water, TV and Wi-fi didn't work, food not up to scratch so we were laughing! Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Middle and top floors have larger rooms.

Stayed for a weekend in February with my partner and 8 month old baby, really enjoyed our stay here and we were made to feel very welcome.

The main shopping area is only 5 or so minutes walk away, as is the pier which has a great little walk along the coast down to it.

Nearby are 2 great restaurants, Tiien Thai which we went to on the Friday was amazing! Very lively place which was packed and when the food arrived we know why.....highly recomended.

On the Saturday night we got a takeaway from the Indian Ocean Restaurant, the hotel was quiet so they weren't doing meals in their restaurant but brought us plates and cutlery to use, we happily watched the communal tv in the bar area with the baby monitor on having a few drinks!!!

We had the full english cooked breakfast both mornings which was included in the price and was pretty good too.

Really friendly place, room was nice, we'd definately stay there again.

Room Tip: We had the room on the ground floor which is right next to the bar, I can imagine it gets a bit nois...

A nice hotel with free car parking which serves a great breakfast. Only downside - the double rooms are small. Alright for one night but you would probably want a larger room if you were staying there for a week or so. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room

Had an appointment to view a retirement appartment on Sat 14th Oct - also a family birthday party in the evening & having read excellent reviews for this hotel decided to stay there for the 2 nights. Will definately stay there again as the service was very good & the breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of choice. Another thing that I liked was the fact that it was small & friendly & only a short walk from the sea front. My double room for single use was good value for money, but might have found it a bit cramped as a 'couple'. Lovely helpful owners & staff.Would definately recommend The Claremont Hotel .

Room Tip: There were no single en suite rooms available for my 2 night stay, but had a double room for single...

We arrived in Bournemouth on a late flight from Spain and were met at the airport by a very friendly man as pre-arranged, since we couldn't get our rental car until morning. He introduced himself and told us he was the owner of the hotel and we had a nice chat on the drive into Bournemouth. The Claremont is a cozy little hotel and very friendly. Our room was not too small and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good, prepared by the owner himself! We enjoyed our one night stay and will stay again next time we pass through!
