This hotel is stunning, the staff were all lovely and we were very well looked after. We cannot thank the manager enough for the level of care and service she and her team provided us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served with a smile and there was plenty of food for a really resonable price.

I am definitly going to return.

We have just returned from a 5 day holiday with National Holidays and have only praise for this lovely Hotel. The owner Diane and all her staff were so efficient and pleasant. We had Room 9 which was a lovely large bedroom and a beautiful bathroom/shower room attached. All in all a lovely break - our National Holiday driver David was excellent - very knowledgeable about all the areas we visited. Cannot fault any of the meals we had during our stay - delicious!! Thank you to Diane and her staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Room Tip: We loved Room 9 which was at the front of the Hotel but did not have a balcony. This was not a prob...

I stayed over at the Listen this weekend with a group of friends. The hotel and location was amazing and all rooms were very clean and suitable. The manager was so lovely and understanding, as we were making slight noise- she was just so so lovely. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at the liston hotel with family and friends for a short weekend to celebrate my mother's surprise 50th birthday. the hotel was lovely, clean, spacious, and well situated. however, the customer service in which we received was SHOCKING it was a mini heat wave weekend while we were staying so needed refreshments from the bar, the bar was closed all the time we were there, we had to waste time out of our stay searching for someone to open the bar. we all felt like we was not welcome and the staff rude, and ignorant, apart from the one lady served us breakfast who was very friendly and helpful, I will not be returning to this hotel ever again or will I recommend to friends in the future, very poor lack of customer service!

This hotel is a short distance from the shops, and a short distance from the beach & Pier (though down a very steep road for the latter). Clean, friendly family run hotel, bonus having a fridge in the room. Food was lovely and as we had lovely weather as well, we made full use of the garden with its spacious seating area. Only downside was the bar didn't open until half hour before dinner and the lift was very slow. But that said, great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting that area.

my wife and I have just come back 9th of may from a 4 night stay here with national coaches, we had room 17 on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the gardens. the beautiful room was large and modern furnished and spotlessly clean the bed was very good and the meals were excellent and the restaurant staff were very hard working and courteous at all times. our bath had an overhead power shower ( one of the best I have ever come across ) and needless to say the proprietors were ever helpful and considerate. I must also add a big thank you to terry our coach driver, he was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, when he took us out on our excursions he passed on a lot of useful information, well done terry, full marks, a very good driver. the people we travelled with were exceptionally friendly and well mannered, thank everyone for a most enjoyable holiday.
