Myself and my boyfriend stayed last minute for a romantic getaway. We had a very small pokey room, walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Bathroom was tiny with a VERY small cubicle that held an electric shower and lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was very good, we both had a full English. Breakfast room was like a cafe/greasy spoon.
Great location, friendly staff but we have stayed in nicer places for less money. Not worth the £139 we paid. We will not return.

Only needed somewhere to stay for one night due to bringing daughter home from university. Didn't get chance to enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked but would certainly return. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, great chocolate theme with chocolate free to eat all over the hotel! Clean and welcoming.

Visited here with my husband for an overnight stay in Bournemouth. We booked it last minute for a little getaway and after seeing the website, were intrigued. We went for a deluxe double for £100 including breakfast.

Hotel looks very nice from the outside, and is lovely and clean and tidy in the lobby and bar areas. We arrived a little early and were greeted by a nice lady who let us check in early.

We stayed in the Aztec room and were a little disappointed with how little space there was in the actual bedroom area, there was literally a foot between the end of the bed and the bathroom wall. The bathroom was modern and very clean but there was very little space around the toilet which made it a bit awkward. Also the walls to the next room were very thin so we could clearly hear conversations in our neighbours' room.

However the bed is very comfortable and it's a nice touch to have a Nespresso machine in the room to go with the yummy chocolate treats the greet you. We only stayed one night so I don't know if the chocolate/Nespresso pods are replenished every day.

The Chocktail bar was good but we thought it was a little pricey. None of the chocolate fountains where use when we were there but there were big bowls of chocolate buttons and truffles dotted around, and you can't resist, the chocolate is really tasty!

Breakfast in the morning was good although the scrambled eggs were a little watery, my husband had the Full English which he enjoyed.

All the staff were very nice and Jerry is a good laugh. We probably would go back, and perhaps try a suite but I think £100 was quite a lot for the room that we had.
