A friend and I had lunch with bottomless prosecco for 90 mins. It was lovely food, and great service. This is one of the few high end places in Bournemouth so more expensive than most places, but great for a treat. Definitely recommend.

Always try to find a positive and it arrived in the form of a stand-in Chef who knows how to be fair and do the right thing!

Food was really good and very tasty. Waiting staff were either surly or slow. Managers seemed used to having to follow behind as were quick to sort issues.(and there were a few) nonetheless we would return and give it another try as the ambience was good and so is the food.

Great service, quality food and quirky venue. Was impressed with the menu and couldn't fault the food, was a plus that the kitchen was on show which gives peace of mind on food preparation and care. Bit pricey but was well worth it.

I took my partner here for a birthday treat. On arrival I was slightly alarmed to see a table of about 20. I was relieved to be shown to a distant table but dismayed to be placed next to another very noisy table of about 25. The staff were very attentive and clearly well trained although appeared rushed. The drinks and food orders were taken and everything arrived as it should. The food, scallops and pork belly were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately when the restaurant was designed the powers at be in Hilton gave no thought to engaging an acoustic specialist to address the noise problems as a result of all the hard surfaces used in the design. I frequently had to ask my partner to repeat most things he was saying and the deafening noise from adjoining tables ruined the experience. The design of the restaurant is very poor and provides a second rate dining experience. In an alternative setting the food would easily be considered a fine dining experience. Such a shame. We could not wait to leave and I had a headache.

A special occasion which was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. the food was delicious, the service was first class and to sit and watch the chef and her team work was a delight. Nothing pretentious about this place, just good food and incredible desserts. Not for the weight watchers!!
