The hotel had only been open a few weeks and everything very well kept and clean and comfortable. However, there were no towels in our room - others had same problem. This was sorted quickly when we mentioned it to helpful restaurant staff. Usual breakfast, fine for us.
We didn't like having to park 5 mins walk away in a very busy public car park, lots of people around late for cinemas and restaurants on the new complex, we were a bit worried if our car would be safe overnight there (actually it was fine). Would be no fun in the rain either. We arrived early evening and could pay the £2 which started next day at 8am so no mad dash over in morning to put money in.
The restaurants on the complex mainly seemed to offer Italian food, and Premier inn restaurant had limited choice for vegetarians. Food OK, not great.
Convenient location for travelling on to west country.
