The food was full of flavour, delivering classic combinations perfectly with great finesse. Why reinvent the wheel when you can make it taste this good. Although very intimate (only 5 tables!) we felt relaxed and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Great wine choices by the glass, carafe or half bottle, which is always welcome!

What a fabulous unassuming gem of a restaurant.
The menu, like the surroundings, is simple and unfussy, allowing the ingredients to shine. It is incredibly difficult to do "simple" well as there is nowhere to hide- this is where Sienna excels with the end result being light, uncomplicated, delicious food.
The service from Elena was excellent, making us feel totally at ease, enhancing our visit without a hint of being overbearing or intrusive.
My wife and I enjoyed the tasting menu. Each course was delicious, perfectly balanced, and the delicate light cuisine meant that even after 7 courses we were not feeling uncomfortably stuffed!
Overall a lovely experience and we look forward to visiting again!

It would be hard to imagine a more unassuming place for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Inside it is tiny - barely 14 covers I think. Service was excellent - friendly, efficient, helpful, discreet. Food was lovely although we were not sure it was quite "star" standard.

That said, it is excellent value and we would certainly visit again if in Dorchester.

I have eaten here twice and on both occasions both myself and partner have been left bowled over. The freshness of the food, delicacy of flavours, service and setting always tick every box. There is a good selection of wine and to have ale is also a plus in my partner's book - having always hated fish he was also converted having had a lovely coujon amuse bouche - no small task! This is a romantic spot with low lighting and lovely crisp white linen. The place is tiny, so it's easy to feel as if your conversation might be being listened to by neighbours, but that is the only tiny negative, if you could call it that. I truly only wish we could dine here more often, but are grateful indeed to have such a unique restaurant so close by.

We returned to Sienna to celebrate a special birthday and we were not disappointed. This was our third visit and each time has been perfect. The atmosphere is calm and informal which is so relaxing. The service is just right, always there when required but not at all intrusive. The three course dinner started with a delicious variety of canapés, then progressed to duck egg and asparagus starter, lamb with flavours of moussaka, and pistachio cake with apricots for dessert. All were beautifully presented and the flavours were exquisite. The finale was coffee with wonderful petit fours-leave a little space for these as they provide the perfect finish to the meal!
