The owner was very welcoming, and helpful. The accommodation has been refurbished, and was clean and well presented.
A very full breakfast was served an hour before the time breakfast was normally served on both days, to fit in with our diving plans. The breakfast was a delight in terms of quality and quantity.

We aim to stay again, and recommend Robertsbrook to others (particularly divers)!

We stayed for three nights in the "superior double" and had a wonderful time. The room was airy with a firm, comfortable bed and good selection of TV channels. Free secured Wifi was a bonus as some places charge extra for this. The guest house also has its own private car park which is essential for somewhere so close to the centre of Swanage.
Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit every day as well as a large choice of cooked and uncooked dishes including the spectacular "full English".
What made the trip a bit more special was the friendliness and helpfulness of Claire, our hostess, From little touches like some chocolates in the room through to willingness to chat and advise on local restaurants, nothing was too much trouble. We hope to be back there soon!

Robertsbrook Guest House in Swanage offers everything you could want from a quality establishment. Friendly, helpful staff, good walking from the doorstep, off road parking, very comfortable and well designed rooms, excellent mattress, and a tasty breakfast that could last you all day. Every room is different, so book the one that's best for you. Sure, you could find a cheaper B&B in the area, but Robertsbrook is real value for money. We will return, and we will recommend it to others.

Claire greeted us with a friendly smile and the offer of tea and coffee on our arrival. The rooms were clean and well fitted out. Location excellent a two minute walk from the town and not much longer to the sandy beach. She went out of her way to help us celebrate my husbands 60th birthday at our Sunday morning breakfast.
