We returned this year for an extended 9 night stay because we loved our 6 night stay last year. Perfect location, you can just see the steam trains come and go while lieing in bed in Room 3! Lovely sandy beach is one level street away, as are numerous places to eat and drink, how does Swanage support so many! As well as the wonderful Swanage Railway, we discovered that you can buy an eight pound day explorer ticket for the double deck buses, you can travel the scenic route via Wareham to Poole, or best of all, an open top double decker across the Sandbanks Chain Ferry to Bournemouth. There's also a choice of local walks. So once again we never moved the car from the free parking provided - so relaxing.
Clare's rooms are spotlessly clean every day, and the breakfast excellent with an extensive choice.

We stayed at Robertsbrook for four nights, having booked quite late. We were warmly welcomed by Clair who made us refreshments on arrival and talked to us about Swanage and the surrounding area. This was especially useful as it was our first visit. Our room was fine-clean and well-equipped and we were able to park on-site throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent and we certainly found we needed little to eat until the evening. The menu catered for all tastes and Clair made it clear that extra tea/toast etc was no problem.
Robertsbrook is perfectly placed in Swanage being only 3 minutes from the centre and lovely beach. It is literally across the road from the steam railway line and we enjoyed a great journey to Corfe Castle one morning. I would recommend the B and B to anyone.

Having stayed at this guest house before, it is always a pleasure to return. Claire and Chris are the perfect hosts. The rooms are modern, well decorated and always spotlessly clean. There is a wide choice for breakfast with the full english setting you up for the whole day. Robertsbrook is ideally situated with just a short walk to the centre of Swanage and the seafront. There is off road parking available.

Nothing is too much trouble for anyone at Robertsbrook and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Swanage.

A special thank you to Steve for keeping our room in order and excellent service at breakfast !!

All in all myself and my best friend were having a get away from it all weekend which was made all the better for staying at Robertsbrook.

We were very lucky to get a room at short notice and so incredibly pleased with every aspect of our short stay. Our room was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail on items such as cotton buds, cotton wool, glasses, corkscrew and small fridge made this feel like a step above the normal B&B.

The central location made it an ideal base for a good night out in Swanage with the bonus of off road parking.

Breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, dried fruit and a huge portion of traditional or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Nothing was too much trouble and again the attention to details of love heart napkin rings, beautifullly laid tables, fresh flowers and first class service from Claire made this stay special.

I would highly recommend the Robertsbrook, it will be the template that I measure all B&B's from in the future.....and I can't wait to go back!

We had a very nice stay with a clean, warm, comfortable bedroom. The guest house was well situated for the sea front, local walks and was less than a 5min walk to the steam train rail station. Breakfast was excellent and all-in-all our stay was excellent. Claire was an excellent hostess and if we go back to Swanage we will definitley phone Claire again.

Room Tip: Room 3 over looks the Steam train rail station.
