Lovely room but the wash basin is tiny in room 2. Had to put my head on the wall to clean my teeth without dripping on the floor. Excellent breakfasts and good hosts. Close to town centre and all restaurants.

Room Tip: Pay the extra money and have room 5. It is much bigger than the others!

We stayed with Claire and Chris at Robertsbrook and nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived on Friday afternoon with 13 others and Claire was very welcoming, making us a lovely pot of tea. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable, everything we needed was in there. Slept very well, even with open windows and a front room we were not disturbed. Breakfast was a huge traditional English with fresh local produce, but had us beaten, even Adrian who really loves his food! Following day we opted for a lighter breakfast of salmon and scrambled eggs, lovely, and presented nicely. We are hoping to visit again in the summer and then October for a long weekend, it really is home from home, and Claire is so welcoming.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 3, but all rooms are tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable

We arrived by taxi and had no car for getting around. Claire took us walking when she took her dog, Coco, out and showed us local sights and places of inetrest that we would not of seen without her kindness and knowledge of Swanage. The breakfasts were delicious and the room nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will remember our stay for a long time and Claire in particular and will ccertainly recommend her Guest House to friends and relatives. Mary

This is our 2nd stay with Claire @ Robertsbrook. Its a fantastic b&b, great hospitality. I got a surprise birthday card, bottle of bubbly & a candle in my fry up sausage ;-) a very thoughtful touch. Claire is a total star. Great location too for all amenities. We'll be back Xx

Lovely little B&B within walking distance to all the amenities in Swanage, and right opposite the bus station and steam railway for trips out! Claire was lovely and friendly, as were the others who worked there. As someone who used to come to Swanage a lot as a child, it was wonderful to come back and stay somewhere slightly different to caravans! The breakfast was fantastic, and there was always more than enough of everything!

As a birthday treat for my wifes 60th I booked 3 nights at Robertsbrook for the whole family (all eight of us inc. 2 grandchildren) My wife and I had previously stayed there in August of last year so had no hesitation returning! The rooms are first class, Claire made us all feel very welcome, even laying on a cake, drinks and balloon on arrival for my wifes birthday! I have no hesitation in recomminding Robertsbrook, we had a fantastic time. As for Swanage, what a lovely town. Although we were only there a few days, we crammed a lot in, there's so much to see and do in and around the town. In our case, a boat trip, the steam railway, monkey world plus a nice beach and great places to eat. Oh, and the breakfasts are suberb with lots of options.Thank you Claire, we all had a wonderful time, look forward to returning next year.
