“Good fun!”
Reviewed 28 December 2011

Worth a shot! Especially on a gorgeous sunny day. Swanage is one of my favourite local places to go to in the summer months.

“Great fun”
Reviewed 10 September 2011

Every time we visit Swanage we have to play this mini golf. It's in a lovely location, the course is good and the grounds really are lovely & well tended. The prices are reasonable and the gentleman that runs it is very friendly.

“Camping on the Greens”
Reviewed 6 August 2011

When we got there, we were told that they had let out part of the course to campers and that only holes 7 to 15 were in operation, but we could go round twice. Not what we were expecting, and regrettable given the number of posters around the town advertising it as 18 holes. Didn't really fancy a second circuit and got a refund with no quibbles.

“Good fun for a couple of hours”
Reviewed 14 June 2010

As two families with a couple of hours to spare, we went to the Swanage P&P. Made to feel very welcome by the owners.
Some of us play golf others had neve picked up a club, but the holes (may be from 30 to 100 yards) were enough for eveyone to enjoy and have a laugh, without the younger ones getting fed up.
Its 18 holes and you get two clubs (pitch and a putter and two balls) and off you go. The walk round the holes is nice and its very relaxing.

“Pitch and Putt in Swanage”
Reviewed 14 August 2009

Kirkwood Park is a family friendly 18 hole Pitch and Putt course in Swanage. Its web page is http://www.virtual-swanage.co.uk/swanagegolf/default.htm

It's a 10 minute walk from Swanage town centre, along Victoria Avenue. The green fees are very reasonable and we always get a warm welcome. The views round the course are spectacular - on one side you can see the beautiful Purbeck hills, and on the other, the Swanage steam trains come puffing by.

If you prefer only putting, there's an 18 hole putting course in Beach Gardens, which has beautiful views of the sea. It's a cleverly laid out course with some tricky greens!

Both courses are great for beginners and more experienced golfers.
