Four of us dined to celebrate two birthdays. The quiet ambiance was terrific and allowed lots of catch up chatting! Lovely views as sun went down. Very friendly staff who didn't hurry us at all. The food was good but not exceptional. And yes they do seem to do a cracking fish and chips.

I read the reviews and on a ladies day out we caught the bus up the hill to Seventh Wave for a delicious lunch. High lightly recommend the burger and purchasing the gorgeous salsa they use on it at the gift shop on the way out

We visited Seventh Wave shortly after it opened and we were impressed by the selection and quality available....... now, however, is a different story!!
Whilst visiting friends and family in the area we took my inlaws for a lunchtime snack thinking they would enjoy it...... how wrong can you be??? The menu had a very poor selection, and when the food was finally brought out, well, overcooked was the least of the problems!!
Shame it has gone down the pan.

Dined here on the weekend, the view is amazing but the food average - slightly over seasoned goats cheese salad and nice fish and chips.
Staff were really friendly

After visiting Swanage for many years we also go up to Durlston for a walk and have always stopped for a snack. Since our last visit the building refurbishment has been finished and the Seventh Wave has really come into its own. The setting is stunning and the food and choices are very very good with the staff being friendly and helpful. The menu was lovely and the food very good and well presented. A must do if visiting the area.
