“Summer stroll”
Reviewed 26 July 2014

Great quiet walk in the sheltered canopy of the woodland which is obviously well kept.
Take care if walking your dog off lead as some paths are very close to the cliff edge!
Wonderful cafe overlooking the sea which serves some delicious food albeit a little expensive :-)

“A well loved attraction”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

Lovely, peaceful walks in a well cared for environment. Tilly Whim caves still look spectacular. Loved the Globe area and the café was very good too.

“Wheelchair users can Hire a scooter to explore this fantastic place!”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

What a great place! The weather helped (glorious sunshine) but we had a wonderful stroll along a coastal path and through their meadows. I hired an all terrain mobility scooter (Tramper) for less than a tenner and was able to go everywhere I wanted. The staff (I think some are volunteers) couldn't have been more helpful.

It's a beautiful place. The views are stunning too and a well placed ice cream stall at the top of a steepish hill must do a roaring trade!

“Very lovely and peaceful place”

I always love coming to this area but it's a shame they took away the café overlooking the sea, I used to really enjoy going there.

“Great Place to Visit”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

This is a lovely place to visit with superb walks both by the sea and on the downs. The Castle is worth visiting and it makes for a delightful half a day or more. Lots of flowers and butterflies at this time of year. Interesting stone mine and lighthouse on the walks.
