We were so lucky to get upgraded to one of the corner suites which was such a cool room. It wasn't over-done and design-wise all hung together brilliantly. Perfect for wicked weekend away. Staff were all very helpful and firendly. everything was neat and clean. The public areas had a good atmosphere and the cocktail bar has a great vibe. We will be returning.

Room Tip: It would be worth going for a suite if you can aford to.

We usually stay in a boutique hotel in kemp town but over the bank holiday w/e they insisted on a minimum 3 night stay, which didn't work for us. We love the North Laines, so thought we'd give the myhotel a go. I read a few reviews the week before we were due to stay and was in two minds whether to cancel. I'm glad we didn't.
The location is perfect, with shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants all minutes away. The cocktail bar was excellent, great atmosphere and v strong cocktails! We booked parking in advance which was a god send. Not cheap but no different to the public parking in Brighton.
We opted for room only, we like to go out for breakfast. The coffee shop that is in the same location is excellent - shame it didn't stay open a little longer.
The hotel is very modern, it was clean and tidy and the staff were great. The standard room was perfect for a w/e and not a bad size for Brighton.

More fun than luxury, this is a nice hotel in a great location.
Better for a short stay. The rooms were funky but were definitely on the compact side.
Fun cocktail bar downstairs and a GREAT breakfast included the next morning.

We booked My Hotel Brighton quite a while ago on a Secret Escapes deal and didn't have any real high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. There are few choices in Brighton for a single Saturday night so we jumped on the deal. Bed only but with so many options in Brighton for a good Sunday breakfast this wasn't an issue. The decor is funky - clearly designed for the twenty-somethings but didn't phase us fifty+ couple. Very central with the north lanes a minute or two away and the sea front a short walk away. We liked the mod cons. Only criticism would be lack of drawer space and shelf space in the bathroom but plenty of hanging space which was more than adequate for a single night or weekend break. Longer could prove more difficult. Bar fun and cocktails well made.Buzzy hotel.

Room Tip: Only 3 floors high but the higher the better in terms of street/crowd noise which is typical for a w...

Stayed for a night on a trip to Brighton. The welcome staff at reception were extremely friendly and check in was a excellent. The rooms on the other hand were very disappointing - mine was small and the vinyl floor although colorful - is very much cheap and will look awfull in the future.
Bed was nice but the bathroom and rest of the room was poor. No mini bar or even bottle of water left and seeing it was €200 for the night it was disappointing.

Bar at the front of the hotel is very cool with a DJ playing during the evening. Location is excellent close to all the shopping streets and not far from the water.

All in all not worth the money but it would not take much more to make this hotel a good one.

Average is a fair rating in my opinion.

Stayed for one night for my husbands 40th Birthday with a last minute booking direct to the hotel. Was given the wrong information about breakfast time and it was not covered when we checked in so we missed it. It was quickly refunded but expected better. The room cards worked only once through our entire stay so we had to go back and forth from the second floor to get it fixed. The room felt like an very orange 'easyjet' experience rather than a boutique hotel which it is priced at. DIssapointed overall.

We booked into this hotel when we went down to help our daughter move house.
ALthough we were probably much older than the usual clientele we were greeted by Toby at reception in such a way that we felt special and very welcome. He recommended a great cocktail which I tried on our second night when we ventured into the well known Merkaba.

Our room was very retro and had everything we needed. We loved sitting at the white sofa in the window watching the shenanigans in the street below. Great fun.

Room Tip: Choose a room at the front so you can watch the world go by.
