I enjoyed staying in this little B&B. The room (1) is small and the en suite even smaller, also the room is by the entrance, so although you hear all the comings and goings, but it was not a problem for me. The decor was tired and in need a bit a spruce up. The breakfast was ok, I would have prefered the traditional english breakfast as an option though. You can have breakfast in your room which is a nice touch. The location is very good - close to seafront and the Lanes shopping area. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. Car Parking at the back was a bonus, £10 when the car Park across the road was £25.
All in all a very pleasant stay with some pluses, would I stay here again? Probably not I would give another B&B in the Brighton area a chance to impress..
