Spent a night there midweek with a friend. Very helpful and accommodating staff, lovely bright, clean room. The rooms and ensuites are small but perfectly formed. The little touches were the high points for me (soft rock and penguin biscuits, horrah!). Breakfast delivered to us in bed was definitely a bonus! The only downside was that the shower wasn't very powerful, dribbly some might say. All in all a top notch b&b!

Room Tip: We were in room 3, advertised as a standard double. It has a little balcony which was nice!

Good friendly service. The room was a little small, but we were only sleeping here so not a huge issue. The bathroom was in what I assume was the old closet area, so a snug fit, but well designed for the space. We had a ground floor roadside room, so a little noise but nothing overbearing as this is on a back street with a green across the street. Parking was available around the back where there are two spaces, so worth booking ahead. Overall, a good spot for the night. Good communication with owners prior to arrival as we were held up en route.

Room Tip: If you don't like even a little noise, avoid the ground floor street-side room...if you do get t...

I had a lovely time here. The rooms weren't all booked up, so we got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was great. Very well decorated, I was amused by the semi-naked ladies in the bathroom. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning, the breakfast room was adorable and a great place to plan the day's adventures, which were helped by the folder of local info left in the room.

I'm hypoglycemic and our room kept getting restocked with Penguin biscuits, which I found very helpful! We had breakfast in bed on the last day which was great, although my scrambled eggs that day seemed a little bit weird!

Great central location, easy to find and we had a text giving us directions from the train station which was lovely. We fell in love with Brighton and will definitely be back to this hotel!

enjoyed a couple of days break at his niche little hotel. Overall experience was very good does exactly what its says on the tin. All the staff were very warm and pleasant breakfast was quality, and the owner texted us every day while we were there telling us of things going on in Brighton. I have only one tiny complaint the bathroom was a bit small it was a good job both me and my partner are only 5" 6. Overall though would visit again :)

Room Tip: book early to get free parking

What a lovely bed and breakfast situated perfectly for the pier and the popular Lanes. We were in room 9 which was quite small but perfectly formed. Tea and coffee facilities accompanied by penguins and motel schmotel mints provided a really personal touch. Breakfast was like nothing I've had before, absolutely stunning! Cute little soft boiled eggs with a good morning message written on them - delicious! Are breakfast in the dining room but can opt to have breakfast in bed if you want! Will definitely visit next time I'm in Brighton.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. The location is perfect, parking is a problem and two nights cost us £40 at Regency Square, 2 minute walk from the motel, but other car parks were more expensive. Request a room 1st floor or above as we had ground floor and was very noisy. Staff great, very personable, helpful and pleasant. We loved the breakfast in bed, smiley eggs! Rooms small and compact but did the job, very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend but not a ground floor room!

Room Tip: Ask for a room above ground floor

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are a delight, very helpful and the accommodation is thoughtfully decorated and well presented. We enjoyed our one night stay and were sad to leave - wishing we had booked a two or three nighter. We would recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again when we are next in Brighton.
