We visited in the early evening on our wedding anniversary. I had pre-booked tickets which I showed on my phone, and it was quick and easy to get through the entrance (inc bag checks). Expensive bar on board, but it’s for a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed it, you can walk all the way round and there was plenty of space. I only wish it had lasted longer. There’s a little exhibition area after you get off, which could do with a refresh (some of the captions have come off etc) but other than that, it was spot on.

This is smart, efficient and wonderful attraction that everyone should visit.

Reasonably priced and bookable on line with a discount, this is well worth the time and money. Fantastic views at every level and there is a bar on board! If you can afford the ‘sky high’ prices.

Don’t miss the exhibition at the end and take 5 minutes to watch the time-lapse construction video.

This was a cheap way to see Brighton and Hove - booked this the day before, paid the extra 50p for a flexible ticket so no booked time - just turn up when you want !
Bar prices are expensive but worth it when you see the views all around
This is a highly recommended excursion

If you visit Brighton you have to do this.
We went up after 7pm and there was live singer a very enjoyable experience.
One suggestion though take binoculars if you have any, or maybe the venue could supply some.

We visited here on 23rd June 2018 as part of my husbands 40th birthday celebration weekend. We had flexi tickets. Turned up at 12:40 and got onto the 1pm flight no problem. Security was efficient. The boarding and embarking was speedy. The view was amazing got some really good pictures but the curved glass reflection could be awkward. Pleasantly air conditioned. The drink prices were ridiculous. The gift shop was overpriced and the pictures they took on entry were awful and overpriced. A great one off experience, really enjoyed the view!
