We stayed here on 13th Feb, room was amazing, if you have the choice book the Regency room, which is the ground floor 4 poster room, wonderful room, clean and spacious, lovely wet room shower and the little extras were lovely, wine, chocs, cokes, nuts

2 mins walk from pier, welocming hosts

We were booked to stay at the umi in March but have now changed to this hotel.

If you are snobby and want to spend hours inspecting for paint cracks and dust then just dont bother leaving your perfect houses... this hotel is by far the best in brighton

BREAKFAST - AMAZING !!!

Room Tip: Book a 4 poster room !

A lovely stay at the Kempfield. Perfect location and easy access to everything that Brighton has to offer. As I was travelling with a friend We booked the only twin room available which is on the ground floor. The room is very noisey with the activity outside as well as reception outside our door so every conversation can be heard. But the thoughtful earplugs provided came in good use. The extra touches were lovely and the room was a great size. Breakfast was tasty even though they got the order of poached eggs wrong and delivered fried eggs. The two stunning labradors greeting you in the morning were a big bonus as Im a huge labrador fan. All in all a lovely stay and the next time Ill book a room away from the noise with my husband.

First time we went to Kempfield House was in 2009, and we had beautiful memories (especially of the full English Breakfast...!)
Back three years after we expected things to be changed, but not in a negative way. The room had a weird lighting and the bathroom had problems such as leaking sink and no curtain for the shower -making you feel uncomfortable and exposed. Breakfast was ok, maybe our expectations were too high, but it seriously was small... It's ok for one night stay.

I booked a night at Kempfield House as I bought tickets for the Dome to see Katherine Jenkins instead of getting the train to London for a change.
We had a four poster room on the ground floor which was a bit dusty and oddly decorated (purple, lilac, green, burgundy and gold), but nevertheless huge and very comfortable with the complimentary wine, chocolates and mini bar which wais a lovely touch.
The bathroom was small but had a wetroom shower which was very powerful.
The breakfast was ok, no pastries or croissants though but I don't eat them anyway.
Service was excellent and all the staff were very polite and helpful.
We were greated in the morning by the two labradors outside our room much to my husband's delight!
Great price for the room and would definitely stay again,

Room Tip: Book direct through the hotel's website for the best choice and price

The location of this hotel is excellent, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nicely decorated and clean, there were snacks and drinks to keep us going. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the near future.
