Six of us stayed here for a ladies 50th birthday weekend. Good location not far from town centre, 10 minute walk to the pier. We were met by the owner on arrival who was very helpful and even came with us in the car to show us available parking. Please be aware parking quite expensive in Brighton! Ended up leaving car in nearby underground car park for £20ish for 24 hours. Apartment was clean with very fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sofa in lounge. Bathroom clean but slightly worn, shower not great, water pressure low/non existent. Although two bedroom apartment we chose to all bunk in together in the larger bedroom. All beds comfortable but would just say the bunk beds wobble quite a lot! Our only concern was outside the front of the property. This is a basement flat with steps down to the front door - there is a sensor light at the front door but you do have to negotiate the first couple of steps down before the light activates. Also outside the front door there is a fairly strong gas odour. That aside we would all be happy to stay here again.
