Description: Blenio Bistro is the first Brighton-based venture from award-winning restaurateurs Peter Bruschi and Paula Black, and this all-day bistro brings a breath of fresh air to the city’s iconic Seven Dials neighbourhood. The all-white, light-filled restaurant is decorated with bright splashes of colour and artworks by local artists, and Blenio’s menu is filled with rustic European dishes with a French twist. Perfect for business breakfasts, lazy lunches, coffee-and-cake breaks and stylish evening meals, this hip eatery attracts a trendy local crowd and we love everything from the traditional Sunday roasts and signature moules mariniere to the selection of croissants, muffins and pastries for brunch.

We chose this restaurant after reading the reviews and it was a half way point for us to meet up with friends from Tunbridge Wells.
If all eating establishments took a leaf out of Blenios Bistro welcome and friendliness then they would do better. We can only describe the staff and owner as excellent, not only in manners but service and attention to detail throughout our visit and we were there nearly 3 hours.
The Sunday lunch was delicious and a vegetarian choice for me as well, reasonably priced with a good inexpensive house wine to tickle the taste buds .
Although we were full from the main course we managed to share the cheese board between 3 and my husband had sticky toffee pudding which he said was delicious and near enough licked the bowl!!!!!

I took my visiting Mum there for Sunday lunch and we liked the decor, atmosphere and service. Our main courses were tasty and super value. It's deservedly popular with the locals.

Easy review. First impressions, great. Decor etc, great. Service incl welcome, great. Food, great.

Simply a top place to eat. Going back soon for a group fondue evening as can bank on them doing it really well. Would have given them 5 stars but had a relatively simple lunch so saving that for after the fondue...hopefully.

For those who want to know more I had boeuf bourguignon and sticky toffee pudding. With a glass of fizz obvs!

Enjoyed a very good meal here on Sunday. We had three excellent starters, a delicious guinea fowl terrine, a lovely crunchy and creamy mushroom arancini, and a very tuna carpaccio (which was quite asian in style, with soy and ginger, so not sure it really went with the menu but very good anyway).

Mains were also good - particularly the roast pork which was extremely succulent and flavoursome.

Came in at about £70 for all 3 of us, including wine, which is good value for this high standard of bistro cooking.
