My husband and I came across Pho in Brighton by accident when walking in the Lanes and were very pleased to find that a local favourite of ours in London, had recently opened this new branch. We've been fans of Pho and the couple who set it up since they launched their first restaurant in Clerkenwell which is incredibly popular with locals. This new Brighton branch follows the same successful formula. The menu is simple with classic fresh Vietnamese dishes and regional wines and beers. Prices are reasonable - mains about £8. Definitely somewhere we'd recommend for a fun meal with friends and family.
