I love the building and everything else is ok. Food & Beverage outlets are alright. Extensive dinner menu, good selection of drinks in the bar. Efficient staff although Receptionist failed to comply to one request to book us Sunday Lunch in the restaurant. The hotel met all our needs but there's still room for improvement.

Luxurious trip spent here with my partner, would definitely recommend and would go back. Our room was a large sea view room on the 7th floor. Sadly we didn't make breakfast so can't mention on that, although we had a nice lunch in their terrace room. Seriously comfy beds, amazing view, nice bathroom, big tv, kettle, iron, hair dryer..everything you could wish for!
Thank you for our enjoyable stay.

Beautiful interiors. Had a superior room on top floor front. it is huge and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Only two niggles: 1. very upright uncomfortable armchairs and 2, the faint but annoying footfalls above of the free-runners jumping from the roof of NCP next door!

Room Tip: Superior rooms worth the extra perhaps

We have stayed here once before and we really liked its old-fashioned attitude to customer service - it's almost like seeing a hotel in a Poirot episode. However, that doesn't mean it's dated but it does preserve a courteous but friendly atmosphere which we find missing in so many modern places. Expensive? Well, yes, but you get what you pay for, don't you? Sea view rooms are great, which was just as well because the weather certainly wasn't welcoming. Very comfortable lounge. We will certainly treat ourselves there again.

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are excellent. Views from the higher floors are very good.

Delicious afternoon High Tea, food was lovely as was the tea. Bit miffed at a 10% service charge though, I prefer to leave my own tip and this was not advertised on the website. Lovely, comfy sofas and an extensive tea menu. I chose the house blended Napoleon tea. Left on a real sugar rush!
