“Home from home”
Reviewed 12 December 2015 for a stay in October 2015

I booked Tara Mist for my 30th birthday to stay at with several of my friends... Upon arrival we were greeted by Tina who was extremely friendly and welcoming. She gave us a tour of the house and left her details in case we needed anything. The house is lovely, really cosy and clean and had a lovely garden that could be used for BBQs when the weather is nice. There was a lovely view to the sea and the area itself was really quiet. You are not far from Brighton itself which was perfect for my night out... Taxis were not overly expensive either. The beds are really comfy and there was milk etc for a cuppa on arrival. There is full wifi access as well as a good selection on telly if the weather is not playing ball. Overall the experience was fantastic. All of us have said we would love to go again, this time in the summer so we can make use of the garden haha!! I thoroughly recommend Tara Mist to anyone that is looking for anything from a fun weekend to a relaxing break, be it a group of friends or a family. Thanks again for making my 30th birthday weekend one to remember!!! X

“Great for a family”
Reviewed 5 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

Spend 4 nights with the family. A cot for the toddler and bedroom fir the 6 year old. Quiet location perfect to relax, very nice warm living room and spacious kitchen. Easy to get to Brighton and shops. We only wished we'd booked a little earlier to stay a little longer

“Warm, comfortable and welcoming, with a view of the sea, adjacent to the downs”
Reviewed 11 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We wanted to stay in Brighton for a couple of days and found this very reasonable holiday let. Initially there were only 2 of us but a friend was very glad to join us. There are only two bedrooms and an area with a sofa bed that can be closed off from the hall. It's spacious and open plan with plenty of seating, well-equipped kitchen. For three of us it was fine, but with only one bathroom getting ready in the morning could take some careful arranging if the full complement of 8 stayed here. We spent most of our time in Brighton and only returned to sleep. Would be ideal for people with bikes who wanted to zip along the seafront. We used taxis!

Had a very good stay, well equipped, comfortable house in nice quiet area, great for getting into Brighton, the Marina. and going east along the coast. Would use it again if in that area.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 girls in their 20s. The location was fantastic with a 5 minute drive to the marina and a 10 minute drive to Brighton centre. The house had everything we needed and we all really enjoyed our stay!

Tara Mist was a perfect jumping off spot for a short break near Brighton. We had ages from 1 to 60 and it suited us all. Absolutely spotless. I would definitely come again
