Lovely hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, great breakfasts. We stayed in the West Pier room, which has windows down to the floor, giving great views not just of the sea, but all the whole promenade - great for people watching. Good bed, large jacuzzi. Recommended.

I stayed here recently and loved everything about it.

The staff are lovely, hard-working and kind. The interior has charm and a feeling that a lot of love went into it. The rooms are wonderful. I had a seaview room which took my breath away. No problem with noise, I slept perfectly.

I'll be back for sure.

Stayed at Granville as a group of 4 girls from uni to celebrate a successful first year! Lovely hotel , excellent staff especially Ed on reception , not forgetting the other staff who were very friendly and attentive . We stayed in Prince Regent , family room with seaview , lovely comfy beds , lots of tea and coffee. Huge TV , and dvd selection in reception if you wanted them.Breakfast was superb . One tiny little bad point was the shower, it was very difficult to get to the correct temperature. Hotel situated on the sea front ,just a stroll to all that's happening in Brighton. Would definitely go back to the Granville. Thanks to all the staff !!

The room (Brighton Rock) was fabulous, large comfortable "four poster" bed & a huge Jacuzzi bath behind a slide away wall.
Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice.
The only reason this is not a perfect score is that when we got to the restaurant on arrival at 9.30pm the staff were reluctant to serve us even though the advertised last orders is 10.30pm. the menu was also a bit limited (everything with BBQ sauce).
The staff at reception & at breakfast were great, providing great service with a friendly smile.
A great base for exploring Brighton as everything is within easy walking distance.
We will defiantly visit again.

Room Tip: Choose a superior room. The extra space & huge Jacuzzi bath is worth the extra money

Lovely weekend in Brighton. Excellent sea view and location. Loved the jacuzzi bath and combined power shower. A stroll to the pier for fish and chips. A walk along the beach in the evening and the lovely little selection of stalls along the beach in the morning made for a really relaxing stay. I don't eat breakfast but my partner said it was nice. The room and ensuite were immaculate, with fluffy towels . Recommend for an above average stay.'

The hotel was in walking distance of all of the attractions. Restaurants and bars were close by. The breakfasts were good, with a large menu to choose from. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. We stayed in the Regency Room, and there was an area outside the hotel that people were using to smoke, and the smell from this area came straight up into our room. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel is right on the sea front.

Room Tip: Regency room has a jacuzzi, but to shower in it is awkward.

Location is hard to beat, and the breakfast menu is excellent. All staff were both professional and friendly.

Our room was adequate, although the shower was poor and the sash window temperamental. As with many hotel rooms, this one could benefit from surfaces on which to place both belongings and suitcases.

Room Tip: There are a variety of rooms at various prices. It seems that you get what you pay for!
