My stay was an unfortunate experience, there was a serious water leak which led to no water hot or cold, it was one of those things that happen in life. However to the managements & staff credit they fell over backwards to make my stay the best they could under the circumstances.
The room they gave me was pleasant with sea views, the weather was awful so couldn't really appreciate, the breakfast was excellent.

Stayed 1 night for special birthday in a sea view. When we checked in we were advised they had no water but was being fixed ASAP , we were offered bottled water and tea & coffee. We decided to have a few drinks in the bar within the hour the water was back on!! We received a free breakfast in the morning for the inconvenience caused. Staff very friendly & helpful , rooms lovely & clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

Arrived in the hotel, checked in and went up to the room to find no heating, fungus growing on the carpet and no water!!!

Really we should have been advised BEFORE we checked in.

Advised when I called at 12 noon all would be corrected in a few hours - arrived back at the hotel at 6pm and still no water - reception struggling to address.

Many thanks for your review. I am not sure where you get the fungus from but we did incur an issue with water supply in the hotel. I assure you this was beyond our control and was rectified as quickly as possible.

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. My only complaint was I ran out of free wifi allowance to quickly. Think the allowance was 500kb for free or you pay for additional usage. I had a room on the top floor with a sea view which was very nice (just a shame we had real english weather, raining)

Thank you for your review.

The wifi is unlimited during your stay and free of charge. However should you need a faster connection this is an addtional charge.

Quick biz trip to Brighton meant I needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was keenly priced at this time of year and looked ok on the internet. It was fine and did what it said on the tin. The staff were helpful and friendly in the garage (parking on site), in reception and in the bar. My room was ok albeit a little tired. Weather was wild but heating was on the room was warm. Didn't have a sea view which would have been nice and as hotel was virtually empty not sure why I didn't get one but for one night, it was no problem. However, some noise during the night in the side street onto which my room looked. Perhaps a room at the front would have been better. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food both in the buffer and on the served plate. Retrieval of my car was instantaneous on request. Parking in Brighton is expensive everywhere so at least I had the benefit of parking beneath my own hotel and not down the street. In summary, not luxury but good enough at the price charged.

Room Tip: Would suggest a sea view room on the front.
