Just spent a wonderful overnight break with my daughters at The Twenty One in Brighton. What a perfect place to spend precious time away. Matt and Andy were excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. The accommodation was amazing, beautifully decorated - a real boutique experience. Beds were comfy, rooms and en suites were spotless, hospitality was generous and the breakfast was really 5 star and beyond. A great choice of food from a huge variety of fruit, juices, cereals, cooked breakfast and all totally delicious. Thank you so much. We will be back and we highly recommend you. x

Room Tip: If you are travelling with your children, Room 7 and 8 on the top floor can be closed off to the rest of the hotel and you have your own 2 room suite.

Couldn't recommend more. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, the whole place including our room was beautiful and spotless. Andy was fantastic at suggesting things to do for our first visit in Brighton! Location was great too could easily walk to everything we wanted which was ideal. The complimentary goodies were also a huge highlight, we felt very treated and are sat writing our review on the in room iPad whilst nibbling a lovely rocky road! Again, could not recommend more, we will be sure to come back! Oh and breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you Jo and Tommy

Room Tip: We stayed in room 7 which was beautiful.

Brilliantly located, very friendly and warm welcome. Room had so many lovely extras - home made cake, chocolate biscuits, fluffy robes, an ipad! and free wifi. Great place to stay, definitely recommended. Would stay there again in the future.

Room Tip: room 6 is king size and has comfy chairs in bay window - bit more money than standard rooms but well worth it.

The welcome was great and Matt and Andy were so accommodating that they done everything in their power to make stay superb
From complimentary snacks in room - drink before going out - we even had lady going back to NZ and needing to leave at 4am (yes they even set their alarms to ensure she left safely)
Amazing place

This is an Outstanding place to stay. Michelle and I went for a relaxing Sunday get away and it certainly was relaxing. Met at the door, the car was parked within minutes of arrival. Matt and Andy are the friendliest of hosts and started with a quick run down of the best local places to eat for dinner. I sat in the bay window of our outstanding room and flitted between staring out to sea, reading the paper and dozing. The room was incredibly well equipped, Digital radio, Ipad, tea and coffee with chocolate brownies and Snowballs (haven't seen them for ages). We had afternoon tea in the room, a nice soak in the tub followed a quick drink (complimentary) downstairs before heading out for the evening. We had a lovely sunny 10 minute stroll into the.Lanes along the sea front.

We both had a sound nights sleep before an outstanding breakfast of, well pretty much anything you wanted. I had the full Monty which was fabulous but I was jealously looking at the Smoked Salmon bagel with scrambled eggs that arrived at the next table.

It's the attention to detail that makes this place special, even paying attention to the personal touch you get from a five bed house. There are many highly organized and functional hotels around that keep their battery guests fed and watered. I'd take this place over them in a heartbeat.

Thanks for a Nice Sunday evening
