This is the first time we have taken the trouble to write a review on Trip Advisor, need we say more. Matt and Andy were very efficient but also very friendly and helpful. We always feel it's the little extra details that make a place special and from the lovely room, to the wonderful breakfasts, to the delicious room snacks, this B&B had it all. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brighton now.

From the moment we received a warm welcome from our hosts, this place just got better and better. Immaculate and comfortable rooms (with very generous beds) plus complimentary treats added a real personal touch to the place that even the most discerning visitor could not have been impressed by. The breakfasts are simply to die for and again, the service is attentive throughout. What makes this place so unique, is the real feeling that you are made to feel special by the generous owners who exert a heart felt warmth and care in every aspect. Honestly I can find no fault whatsoever (I would happily give 6 out of 5 in my rating) and there can only be one choice in furture when visiting Brighton. Highly recommended!

We don't normally write reviews but this amazing B and B was so special, we decided to do so. Spotless, charming, beautifully decorated, the attention to detail at The Twenty One is exquisite. Matt and Andy and welcoming and helpful. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to Brighton. Thoroughly recommended.

No wonder this place is no. 1 on TA. The place is perfect and the service is better.

We had agreed on an arrival time with Andy, but we didn't consider traffic, so we got there a little over an hour late. About half an hour before we got there Andy emailed me asking about our arrival time and saying he needed to run some errands but would wait for us. I though than once we got there he would give us our key and instructions, and leave, which would have been totally fine, we wouldn't have mind at all, BUT when got there he welcomed us, helped us with the parking permit, helped us with our bags, showed us to our room, and even sat with us to show us the best places around town in a map and answer our questions, everything with a smile.

The B&B is lovely, our room was small but very chic (I loved the chandelier) and super clean. It had little things that no other B&B we stayed in had (and we stayed in nine of them on this trip); but that made a difference, like bathrobes, a vanity kit, free drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and more.

Just stay here and you'll be happy.

Just spent a wonderful overnight break with my daughters at The Twenty One in Brighton. What a perfect place to spend precious time away. Matt and Andy were excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. The accommodation was amazing, beautifully decorated - a real boutique experience. Beds were comfy, rooms and en suites were spotless, hospitality was generous and the breakfast was really 5 star and beyond. A great choice of food from a huge variety of fruit, juices, cereals, cooked breakfast and all totally delicious. Thank you so much. We will be back and we highly recommend you. x

Couldn't recommend more. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, the whole place including our room was beautiful and spotless. Andy was fantastic at suggesting things to do for our first visit in Brighton! Location was great too could easily walk to everything we wanted which was ideal. The complimentary goodies were also a huge highlight, we felt very treated and are sat writing our review on the in room iPad whilst nibbling a lovely rocky road! Again, could not recommend more, we will be sure to come back! Oh and breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you Jo and Tommy

Room Tip: We stayed in room 7 which was beautiful.

Brilliantly located, very friendly and warm welcome. Room had so many lovely extras - home made cake, chocolate biscuits, fluffy robes, an ipad! and free wifi. Great place to stay, definitely recommended. Would stay there again in the future.

Room Tip: room 6 is king size and has comfy chairs in bay window - bit more money than standard rooms but well...
