We paid £135 per night for a very vey small room at the and of a corridor on the fourth floor. The room was very basic, the light fitting was hanging down from the ceiling, no fridge or air conditioning on one of the hotest weekends of the year and you could only open the window a couple of inches and stained towels. Breakfast was just about ok. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Overall there is no way that this hotel should be charging £135 per night.

Room Tip: Dont stay in a double room, floor 4 facing out onto the side street as on saturday nights you will be woken up from 4am onwards as the nightclub closes.

We stayed for 2 nights, booked a sea view double and were upgraded to a sea view king size on arrival. I had asked for a room on a higher floor so that we could be away from the street noise which worked well. We used the spa for a swim and sauna. It was great but looked a little tired maybe. It's a great standard quality hotel with good deals for fun breaks in Brighton. I'd go back. The breakfast was ok but not brilliant.

Room Tip: 3rd or 4th floor with sea view.

It was probably the hottest weekend of the year, rooms do not have aircon, so the only fresh air is from a 4 inch gap of the open window. Partying goes on around the corner until anytime after 2am but then they carry on up the street still screaming and laughing well passed 4am which is when the seagulls start with the dust cart. We had about 5 hrs sleep over 2nights. Parking is very expensive as the hotel does not have its own parking facilities and Brighton is not very car friendly. We were charged £35 for our weekend and the car got damaged from an over head rusty pipe

Luckily we only paid £75 for our twin room on late rooms. Apparently the price is usually double that which would have been way over the top.
Room was incredibly noisy and because the weather was so warm, we were unable to shut the windows. No air con and not even a fan. The partying stopped about 3am and the bin lorries arrived at 5.30am. Nightmare!
Bathroom mouldy and grubby, breakfast was disappointing. Your tea was plonked on the table in a mug, no teapot.
It cost us £25 to park for 24 hours and this was a good 10 minutes walk so the cost of this needs to be added to the room cost.
I know I got a good price but I did expect better quality than this.

Health club was really nice though.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet one!

Queen's hotel is perfect place to stay for long term or for a weekend. It is located very close to pier.
Rooms are well equipped. Staff on reception are very friendly and ready to help. We were granted large Tower room with huge windows just because we agreed to wait till official check in time )
Most rooms have sea view.
Breakfast is good.
