A nice restaurant with a great location on the front! Reasonably priced food and a good range of cocktails. A lively atmosphere with some singing thrown in! We were there for my hen do and there were quite a few other hen do parties. Randomly followed by a load of Norweigan pensioners.

At first unsure of the location being on the Sea front but it had a 5 * RATING SO HAD TO GO LOOK
When we arrived it was very quiet and we were shown to a small balcony table (Up a steep stair case but still manoeuvrable by my friend who has MS)
The first thought was it was a bit cramped ok when seated although there is not much headroom.
The staff quickly settled us brought some lovely bread and butter and we perused the menu.
The decor is knockout ...........takes a bit of getting used to and everywhere you look there is something to make you think it was fab............totally OTT
The food menus were exciting with great selection of food (a la carte or set menu both varied)
The drinks menu were really well priced and nice selection of wine by the glass
We ordered starters and mains
The starters were really well proportioned (enough for a main for a small appetite)
Totally delicious (I had the stuffed mushroom)
W e ordered extra veg with the mains and one was more than enough for the three of us as again the mains were very generous and nicely balanced between meat and vegetables.
After about 3/4 hr the place was buzzing and we were taken aback by the standard of the brilliant opera singer
She sang around the tables and even came up to us and sang at our table even with the low head height.
The music gave us time to make way for dessert and coffee all of an equally high standard.
At first look quite standard but each had its own twist
I take my hat off to the Staff they really did not flinch at coming up and down the stairs ensuring we had everything we needed.
This will be the must come to pace when we are entertaining visitors it will take a while to get bored here

This restaurant certainly rivals Pasta and Basta (Amsterdam) especially the food it I would rate it highly in comparison

My daughter and I had arrived in Brighton ahead of time for our concert at the Brighton Centre. We wanted a nice meal before the show and came across this LIttle Bay on the sea front. We were pleasantly greeted by a young waitress who seated us in the window in like a little theatre box with curtains round, very quirky. A waiter came along and asked us what we would like to drink I had a Sunrise cocktail non alcoholic as I was driving, my daughter had a margarita. the waiter brought the drinks up and the waitress brought us some bread & butter while we ordered our food. We decided on the mushrooms with ratatouille and mozarella which was very delicious. For the mains we had Pesto pasta, and daughter had the chicken leg in shallot sauce etc, both our meals were very nice and served quickly , no rush from the waiter who brought us a nice jug of water with lemon and ice in. Nothing was too much trouble from the waiter and waitress who were very good at their job. We had dessert I had banoffee pie daughter had white chocolate cheesecake, both the right size portions and also delicious. Good value for money and i have heard their all you can eat breakfast for £4.95 is very good too. 10/10 for this restaurant.

Had a lovely early evening meal here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, served really hot in a timely manner by very friendly staff.

We had to leave just as the singer was starting, but what we heard she sounded a really good night was ahead.

Felt the restaurant could do with a bit of a freshen/ clean up.
