“Worst coffee and service in Brighton -Filthy”
Reviewed 18 December 2013

Staff were horrendously rude and patronising after I asked for some extra milk in my cappuchino for my daughter. The coffee smelt worse than Lidl's own and tasted like scalded dirt. The floors were dirty, the tables were covered in sugar, loose tobacco and other filth. My son requested a glass of water and was served a dirty glass with lipstick around the rim.
Overall, completely avoid. Utterly terrible service and coffee.

Moksha is by far the best café in Brighton! The cappuccino is truly authentic and the cakes are divine! They do amazing breakfast and lovely soups and panini for lunch -all freshly cooked. The atmosphere is great and the staff lovely. A real treat :)

“Good coffee!”
Reviewed 14 October 2013 via mobile

Really nice coffee and it's an independent retailer (so I would rather go here than Costa or Starbucks).

Nice place to sit and relax.

I had a large flat white (£2.60) and it was huge, strong and fluffy. Perfect.

“Great Coffee in Brighton”
Reviewed 10 September 2013

We visited Brighton from Melbourne, Australia, and came across Moksha right when we needed a coffee and cake. An excellent range of specialist coffees, and of cakes made on the premises, fast service and attractive decor. We chatted with a staff member who turned out to be the owner, who proudly told us that Moksha was in the final three for the award of best cafe in Brighton to be judged at the Brighton Food Festival next weekend. Highly recommend.
