Once again a lovely stay at Brighton Pavillions, we were celebrating our anniversary and were made to feel very welcome and important. Service was excellent and very unobtrusive. Ken and Phil are excellent hosts and we are very much looking forward to visiting again soon. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Brighton. Kemptown is a great little area in its own right, with friendly pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Sad to leave!

I had the most wonderful time here at the Brighton Pavilions, as I was travelling with my little girl age 7 we stayed in the family suite, bed was really comfy and room was great too, lots of little extras like chocs in the fridge ( all complimentry !! ) cooked breakfast was excellent, and both Ken and Phill made our stay very welcome so much so my little girl wants to move in !!!! Location is great as your so close to everything, the beach is at the end of the road, and Kemptown is so charming and quite too. Will definitely return !!!

We loved this place - pretty room, perfect Kemptown location - everything walkable but also quiet - super friendly owners, fab breakfast at really friendly times to accommodate a nice lie in! DVD library was a lovely touch - as was complimentary mini bar with soft drinks and snacks. Great value for money - all good!

We stayed at the wonderfully welcoming Brighton Pavilions over the New Year, and whilst the weather was raging outside, there was a warm glow within. We stayed one night in the Mikado, the second night in the Titanic suite. Both rooms were designed and decorated tastefully, and there were lots of nice touches that made our stay a little bit special. For example, the clock in the Titanic room was set at the time the boat hit the iceberg; well, it made us laugh!

The breakfast was excellent, and our hosts could not have been more helpful, from sorting out parking to recommending where to eat each evening. We plan to return to Brighton sometime over the next few months, and there is only one place we would want to stay. can't recommend the Pavilions enough.

Sue & Steve

Room Tip: The Titanic went down well!

We stayed at the Brighton Pavillions for a couple of days last week and were very impressed with the hotel and the excellent welcome. Our room was full of character, the bed was comfy and the complimentary hospitality fridge was a lovely touch. The hotel is just far enough away from the centre to be peaceful but close enough to walk there in a few minutes. The information on local restaurants was really useful and both of the restaurants we chose were excellent.

I am completely bowled over by my wonderful stay at the Brighton Pavillions. I received the warmest welcome to the most charming venue that I have stayed at in Brighton. The decor was eclectic and lush, my room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast deserves a 10/10 rating. The biggest asset was most certainly the lovely hosts. I highly recommend this venue to anyone needing a peaceful, friendly and more than value for money get away in Brighton.

This high end B&B easily competes with several hotels we have stayed in worldwide on location, room facilities, cleanliness and service. We were warmly welcomed and taken to the well-appointed top floor room in this charmingly decorated townhouse.

In room facilities were great and breakfast was lovely. We appreciated the DVD library to wait out the typical bank holiday downpour and our gift of chocolate eggs for easter was a thoughtful gesture by our hosts, thank you! We ate at two of the recommended restaurants nearby and both were great.

While only a short walk away from the pier fun and frolics it was nice to stay in this quieter and more authentic part of town. Highly recommended
