went to Brighton with a hen party and stayed at the premier Inn. location is superb. The rooms are clean and the staff were really friendly. If I stayed again would ask for a room at the back as on the main road and am light sleeper. Mixture of guests and couldnt fault it.

Family room had place for luggage and bathroom had a heating rack. Comfortable beds as well. The layout of the hotel is kind of unconventional (or maybe just from an American perspective) but when you enter through the automatic doors there are the elevators and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach reception. The rooms are safe though; I was impressed by the security (you need your card to get through the corridors to your room).

There is also a Boots around the corner, a coop right outside, and a Subway. Loads of restaurant in the Lanes and near the Dome/Pavilion. Shopping mall is a 5-10 minute walk away and rail station is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Wanted to drop off luggage early - woman at reception prompted us for a "charitable donation" - haven't come across this before. Overall, not a lot of noise from other guests or traffic and equated to a peaceful sleep before our flight from Gatwick the next day. Based on another review's suggestion we decided to have the 2.99 breakfast at Wetherspoon and ended up just as full. Stay here for a great central location and comfortable beds.

Booked an overnight stay on April 11th via Booking.com to accommodate watching Micky Flanagan at the nearby Dome Theatre. The stay coincided with the Brighton Marathon and we were warned roads would be closed. However, more by luck than judgement managed to avoid most delays and found the discounted NCP car park at the back of the hotels.

Reception staff throughout were most friendly and helpful, taking time to store a small case until the room was available. Room (404) was better than expected, roomy and spotlessly clean. Bed was good and extra pillows provided as standard. Impressed by security where passes are required per corridor. Used the hotel bar after the show and again very good friendly service.

Arrived for breakfast at 09:00 on the Monday and it was very busy. Staff managed admirably with the numbers and cooked food was obviouslty fresh as it required constant replenishing. Good standard of food and good value for money.

Overall this was a pleasant stay in a very well located area, near to the Lanes and theatres, short stroll to the seafront and loads of bars/restaurants nearby.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the front of the hotel.

First ever visit to Brighton to run my 34th full marathon. The Brighton Marathon has quickly established itself as 2nd only to London in England. The Premier Inn was just great for the stay. The staff were very helpful and made extra special arrangements for early breakfasts on marathon day and helped with getting us runners to the start. Particular thanks to Jamie and all the staff in the hotel for making the stay really good. As for the marathon, it was also great and I ran it in 3 hrs, 35 minutes only slowing down towards the end due to the hot weather.

Room Tip: Ask reception

This Hotel offers good value for money, a friendly and efficient service and is in a good central location with access to shops, seafront, restaurants and local amenities. It was within walking distance to/from the train station and the venue for the conference I was attending.

Room Tip: Breakfast and dinner in the Hotel are good value .

I stayed at Brighton Premier Inn the weekend of the London Marathon. It was obviously busy but the reception and bar staff were really friendly and super helpful with local and marathon information. The breakfast staff were a bit scatty, but the value for money at breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were clean and comfy - i think the best bed ive had for the price. Wouldn't think this was a budget hotel at all! There was a little noise...but you can't expect a quiet hotel in Brighton city centre on the weekend...and the security do the best they can to ensure stags are quiet!

Would stay here and at other premier inns again and recommend them to anyone looking for a value for money hotel that dosn't have the 'budget hotel' feel

Room Tip: definitley get their breakfast !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds are big and comfy. We stayed as my husband was in the marathon and the hotel opened the breakfast earlier for the marathon runners. Great location right in the centre of Brighton we would definatley stay here again.
