This has been our 5th stay in the Premier Inn Brighton in 4 years and again we will come back. Good and friendly staff, superb breakfast. Real value for money. Also the good night guarantee is something unique.

We stayed at the Premier inn in Brighton City Centre for 2 nights in August. Location is excellent being right in the heart of the shops, 2 mins from the Pavillion and 10 mins walk to the beach and pier. Theatre NCP car park is at the rear of the building, not easy to find with road closure and one way systems, but not Premier Inns fault. Cost for 24 hours is £18.80, so not cheap but that's Brighton which appears to have a war on cars parking in the centre.
The problem with Brighton centrally located hotels is that almost none cater for children in the same room as the adults. Premier Inn however has family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children.
Everything about Premier Inn anywhere we're finding is very well done and always surpasses high expectations. The staff are friendly, we rarely have any issues, rooms are spotlessly clean and decor well maintained and the price very reasonable for a family of 4. The meal offers are also very hard to resist. Staff at Brighton are particularly excellent at customer service. Ana in the restaurant was especially helpful and friendly. Good quality evening meals, good breakfasts, modern rooms and nicely refurbished restaurant. Ideal for families.
Definitely recommended and would return without hesitation.

We stayed for one night, mid week. My Husband, myself and tie children in a family room.

As usual, the staff were really helpful and cheery.

The room was lovely and big. Very clean. The hair dryer was one of the old style ones (it was much better at the PI in London) but it still dried our hair. I'm just being picky!

The hotel is very central. Great for doing everything in Brighton. Considering it is on a very busy street - the noise levels from outside are minimal.

The bar offers 2-4-1 until 7pm on all drinks, which is great when you've two thirsty kids (and Husband!).

We didn't eat in the hotel for any meals so can't comment on them.

Park your car NCP closeby for a good discount.

I/we will stay there again if we go to Brighton.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us on a family trip to celebrate my brothers 40th birthday. Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. They really looked after us and were very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Despite the reception area being a little tight for space and it being peak season, the check in/out process is so quick that there isn't any congestion, so it is clear that the hotel is very well organised and well run. Rooms very clean. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable and showers nice and powerful. We had breakfast both mornings of our stay and it was fresh, had variety and again, there was not a lot of queuing required. An extremely good value place to stay. Cost us £120 total for 2 nights incl. breakfast (family room) - bargain!

I booked this hotel for me, my husband, my daughter and her friend in a family room including breakfast for two nights at £250 - great value. The hotel is located above a 99p store, very central to Brighton, Churchill shopping mall a 2 minute walk, on the door step of other shops, the lanes/North Lanes only a couple of minutes walk away and less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. When we eventually worked our way into Brighton (please note getting in and out of Brighton can be a nightmare and takes ages with a lot of time spent in static traffic) we parked in the NCP car parking facility recommended by the hotel and adjacent (which even with the 25% discount provided by the hotel was £18.50 per 24 hours which I thought was extremely steep). The room wasn't quite ready at 2.30pm but we didn't have to wait too long as the male receptionist ensured it was ready as soon as possible. The staff, without exception, were very polite and efficient and an asset to the hotel. The room on the 5th floor was large enough to accommodate a double bed and two singles (all very comfortable), had a view over roof tops of the sea in the distance, was clean, a great powered shower, coffee/tea making facilities, a hairdryer (very much a necessity with two teenage girls!) and was quiet. The breakfast was fantastic value as the girls ate free and was a eat as much as you like continental and English breakfast buffet which was cooked and presented very well. We've used Premier Inn on a few occasions and would definitely recommend the hotel chain to others.
