Speedy and efficient check in. Rooms clean and well maintained. WIFI in the rooms good. Dinner on the first evening good value and the service attentive. Breakfast full of feral chav families involved in a speed eating contest. The lack of manners and indifference by guests displayed to staff members was disgusting. Such a shame, but if I wished to sit next to a devil child stuffing its face as a boz eyed string vest wearing tattooed parent chanted words of encouragement I would have gone to Pontins.

Having booked direct and pre-paid on the Premier Inn website, when I arrived I was told I had to check in using an automated machine yet 2 people were at the check-in desk waiting to serve! It then told me it "cannot process check-in", so back to the check in advisor who couldn't find the booking! The other assistant then found it by surname, who then told me they had no triple room available (which I booked)! After a 20 minute wait of wondering my son is going to sleep, they found one! Breakfast is particularly poor and chaotic. The cooked breakfast bar is clearly far too small for the size of the hotel. There was never a time when all the items were available. If they had sausage, then we had to wait for bacon, if there were eggs, there was no hash browns. So you end up having to wait for your food to get cold whilst the chef attempts to cook more food. This happened on BOTH mornings of our stay. No plates for the toast, and no pastries this morning. Really poor for Premier Inn considering we have stayed with them on numerous occasions elsewhere.

Room Tip: The rooms are not an issue, but the very disorganised kitchen is an issue!

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay at our hotel. At Premier Inn we always strive to provide customers with a comfortable stay, and I apologise that on this occasion your stay was less than relaxing. Your experience was far below our usual high standards, but please be assured your comments have been noted and will be followed up with the Management Team at our hotel. Your feedback is very much appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you back to Premier Inn in the future.

This hotel is well placed right in the centre of Brighton. probably around 5 - 10 mins walk from the beach. All the shops and sights suround.
Room are clean tidy and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, buffet food was warm and plentiful.
Only negative is no parking. But that is the same for every hotel in Brighton. others do off reduced rate parking though. But bank on at least £20 - £25 per 24 hours.

Very good central location but hotel looks run down from outside and at best is average inside. Worst ever sleep at a premier inn, bed far too soft, kept rolling into the middle. Lights outside shining into our room. Rude guests. Would not return.

This hotels is centrally located for the train station, sea front and the lanes all within walking distance 5-10 mins max!! Plenty of bars and restaurants surround the hotel. Got a great deal £30 each per night which is excellent for Brighton. The room was massive with a sea view (room 710) the 7th floor does have one set of stairs to climb which was not a problem for us. Bed was very comfortable, no noise from in or outside the hotel, shower was good, plenty of storage space, hairdryer, TV, seating etc All in All a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: 710 has a sea view and is huge. One set of stairs to climb as lift only goes to level 6.

Me and my family booked two family rooms for 8 of us. There was lots of room one big double bed and two single beds. The location was great if your there for the beach it's only three or four minute walk. But there are so many great shops next door which aren't as pricey as they would be on the pier so it's great for location. Service was great from the staff. And the rooms are comfortable not stylish but I find comfortable wins over style!! Great night sleep every night. They even let us leave our luggage there after checkout to go see Brighton for the day. Overall a great stay at this hotel.
