“Good Location, Good Staff, Good Stay”

I stayed here with my partner as we had a wedding to go to in the area, would stay in town if not but im glad i gave this hotel a go. The parking is free (always nice) the team at the hotel are friendly and good at what they do. The room was a bit small with no wardrobe but not a big issue for me. The breakfast was okay not great but not bad. Didnt have dinner as we went out. The hotel does not have much to do and your out of town so make sure you have the car as other transport into town does take its time. The marina itself is okay with a choice of restaurants and leisure outlets. We did though find a great Thai Spa (Spa Tara) below the hotel on street level that we used on the sunday....great indulgence after a good night out. Its not part of the hotel but speaking to the owner she said the spa was new (and it looked like it), she was working with the hotel on some deals so look out for this.

Overall a good weekend away and i would go back

Room Tip: Try and get one with a sea view and on a higher floor.

Just watched C4 program on Trip Advisor so am determined to be fair.Wife and i had 3 nights at the hotel. Room was a little small but not a real problem. no wardrobe (just a rail) could have been a pain if we'd have been staying longer. Public rooms are great and barman introduced me to a very good Glenmorangie malt. Breakfast was good and staff, although busy were attentive. Free parking and inclusive breakfast make this hotel good value.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony and marina view are the pick

Ideal for a two night stop over to see Brighton - about a 20 minute walk into town but plenty of restaurants on marina. Staff very friendly, room and hotel very comfortab, very good freshly cooked breakfast.

The staff here are really welcoming and accommodating. I had booked a twin room which had been made up as a King but this was rectified immediately, unobtrusively and at our convenience. Room itself was very nice, if a little white and clinical, and big enough. The toiletries were unusual - loved the grapefruit soap!
The hotel's restaurant is a real bonus - I would give it 5 stars for quality, selection, service and price. There are plenty of other places to eat in the marina but most of them are chains.
Breakfast was included in the room price and was superb - cooked to order plus a decent cold buffet.
Location is not central but a good alternative and the free parking is a massive bonus - nowhere else in Brighton seems to offer this. We left the car there all day and caught the No. 7 bus into town - £4 return.
I might go for a marina view next time - and there will be a next time.

Room Tip: It doesn't cost much more for a room with a marina view and it's probably worth it. Eat in...

We often put guests up at this hotel, but this was the first time we stayed ourselves while our house was being done. We were able to get a double city-facing room from lastminute.com for £105 including breakfast. This was a bargain, so I won't be too critical of the room other than to say that it's pretty small and the decor is mostly white, which makes it feel stark. If you can, I would recommend paying a bit extra to get the sea view.

After staying here, I think the lobby/bar area and restaurant -- which we use quite a lot, as weekend residents of Brighton -- are the real draw. The staff are obliging, and we've never had an unpleasant experience. We'll definitely continue to come in for a drink and the occasional Sunday lunch.

This was booked last minute, the hotel is located in the marina village,as this was our anniversary we paid a lot of money for the room ,we were in room 204 overlooking the marina,as my wife had recently had a knee operation we were looking for a room with a shower ,it seems that they do not do this,we had a couple of issues in the room a broken toilet seat which took 2 days to repair and also it took a while to get an extra pillow,i feel for the money we paid the room should have been better, have stayed in places for less and had air con,all in all even the staff were polite and helpful it could have been better.

Room Tip: be aware that it can be very noisy especially at weekends,no air con in certain rooms

This hotel has an outstanding location right in the Marina with sea views over the Marina with restaurants and bars underneath. The room we had did not have a sea view and would have been over priced but for the location. The room was clean but a bit faded with a crack in the sink. The hotel is based on a hotel in the real Seattle and is interesting and unusual in styling. The Breakfast Room with it's clear glass walls giving views south over the Marina is outstanding as is the breakfast its self. Conclusion: recommended but if you can get one pay the extra for a sea view room (king size) because the standard double not large.
