Definitely one of the nicer places to dine in Brighton! Cote Brasserie is set in an Parisian Art-Deco styled open-plan layout. The friendliness of all staff is remarkable, Despite being rather fully booked they were fast and efficient.
The food was really good. I have been there a few times and never had a bad experience.
The staffs knowledge about wines however could do with a brush-up. Our waiter did not have a clue and barly new the difference between white and red.
It's well worth a visit but I suggest advance booking in order to get a nice table.
