Pizza Hut is not a mystery to most people but as a coeliac, it's a recent thing that I can eat there. The pizza I built myself was just wonderful and the Harvester-esque bottomless salad and bottomless soft drink are a perfect accompaniment. But I must commend Pizza Hut especially for their gluten free offering -- any topping is okay, the menu lists other items' gluten-free-ness and the whole experience is painless and reassuring: They don't even slice your pizza to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, and provide a pizza wheel to the coeliacs! Very good.

After shopping all morning in Brighton mum and i wanted to eat and we were heading to the Marina to shop, we thought we would try the Lunchtime Buffet at Pizza Hut, we arrived just before 2pm(buffet finnishes at 3pm). We thought for just around £6 we could/would enjoy salad, pizza and some pasta. The pasta was dried to the bottom of the dish, with just a spoonful left. One pizza layed there looking all cold and left behind. We thought we would head for the help yourself salad, which was very poor and had probably been put out hours beforehand. It filled a hole but that was it, a sandwich at the supermarket would have been fresher.... and it was really cold inside....
