Stayed here for the weekend with my girlfriend for a short get away. The flat was set out beautifully on arrival, chocolates on the pillow and everything. Had trouble finding the location but phoned the landlord Carl and he was immediately available to help find it (turns out I was on the right road but looking in the wrong place!). When we arrived and settled down for the evening had trouble getting the TV working but the landlord was only too obliging to come round and immediately sort it out for us, I'd imagine he would come round very quickly for any problem a tenant had.
The location is great, it's very close to the pier and the town centre so it's great for shopping and exploring the city (there will be a map with key locations marked on it inside the flat).
Can't recommend this flat enough, literally no complaints and it's helped create some very happy memories for me and the other half.

1 review Stayed at Brighton Rock with my partner and we both had a lovely time. Carl and Charlie made us feel at home with their apartments. The location is fantastic. Everything we needed was provided. Brighton pier is steps away from the apartment. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Brighton Rock.

Fully recommend this modern and comfortable seaside apartment. Equipped with everything you could want just metres from the sea. The owner is very friendly and truly cares that you have a good time. The only issue is parking, and that issue is Brighton wide!

Had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. Carl & Charlie made sure we had a warm welcome. Having visited Brighton many times we decided to take the train down and am so glad we did as there was absolutely no need of a car at any time. All the hot spots are in walking distance of this apartment. The location was ideal for us and we will definitely be returning.
Recommendations - Black Dove pub, Brighton Rocks' for cocktails, The Coal Shed for an extra special meal, Smokey's for huge portions and The Old Bank for a very reasonable combo.

Stayed 5 nights for work. It was an excellent apartment, very clean and tidy. Bed sheets, towels etc... Were immaculate - like a 5star hotel.
The apartment has lots of amenities that make it an easy stay. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Location was great, literally 20steps from the sea front, it was no more than a 5min gentle walk to sealife or 15min to conference centre.
Several shop close by tesco, co-op and sainsburys to get milk etc... Plus an amazing Turkish restaurant near the lights.
Carl, the owner, was great. He responded very quickly to questions before our stay and texted a couple of times to make sure everything was good while we were there. He felt a little guide book with info on wifi password, now sky worked etc...
If I had to give a negative it would be parking, but this is more an issue with Brighton council not having enough parking spaces in the town.
Would definitely stay again! And couldn't fault the apartment or Carl the owner.
