I think this place is new, it is under the Granville Hotel on the seafront. It has a lovely terrace and inside is covered with pretty vintage film posters. If you are a meathead, then you will love this place. Starters included a really yummy clam chowder in a mini cob loaf and the mains were lots of smoked ribs, chicken and brisket with different rubs and coatings. They also do a kinda southern american/mexican fusion fajitas thang which was very nice too. The portions are really generous so we could not eat all of it but they were definitely on the American side, which makes it quite good value for money. Good service and pretty staff, when we are in Brighton again we would go back . . .
